On September 8th, 2023, eSatya, in collaboration with Kathmandu Don Bosco College, executed an enlightening Blockchain 101 Session, smoothly coordinated by Mr. Bishow Raj Bhatta, Deputy Coordinator of the BBA program, drawing an eager audience of 38 enthusiastic BBA students. This event was organized by eSatya team members, Ms. Amina Manandhar, the Event Manager, and Mr. Subhasish Jung Shah, full stack developer at Rumsan, leading the session as the speaker.

The session commenced with Mr. Bishow extending a warm welcome, followed by a introduction to eSatya by Ms. Amina. The stage then turned to Mr. Shah, who began his speech by explaining the foundations of blockchain technology. He skillfully emphasized the differences between the revolutionary Web 3.0 and Web 2.0 and the transformative Web 3.0.

Mr. Shah delved into the fundamental significance of blockchain, focusing on its potential applications in Nepal, including land registration, supply chain transparency, and identity management. He expertly addressed typical blockchain myths while placing a strong emphasis on data decentralization. He also provided compelling instances of blockchain-driven advancements in Nepal.

Participants positively participated in the discussion during Mr. Shah's captivating presentation by asking questions and engaging in vibrant discussions, displaying their deep interest in appreciating the wide-ranging consequences of the blockchain revolution. Their enthusiastic comments confirmed the success of this joint event between eSatya and Kathmandu Don Bosco College, which provided an excellent platform for highlighting the revolutionary potential of blockchain technology across every sector.
